Did you have already a model or a sample of mug? or any sample of ceramicwares for your souvenir giveaways? if you answer, "not yet", then you follow this :

1. Just choose which model of mug based on what you prefer the most.
2. After choosing it, send email to us or call right away to our office (lihat di bawah ini), in case on holiday or off day like saturday or sunday, just call to our mobile 08161663288 Victor
3. Then, we can give you a price quotation either via fax or sms or any platform you want.
4. After you get it, and approve our quotation, you can send your logo or image to be printed on that mugwares by burning them in a big stove.

Well, if you have already the sample of creative ceramic mug, we can make a mass production for you, but first call us that we can take that sample at our office or post it to our office, and later we make a molding first prior to mass production.

Minimum Order - How Many?

For a model of mug that is already on our online catalog,:

• You may order "any quantity", but at least not less than 300 pieces.

But as for a model of mug that is not on our online catalog yet (and you have that model of your own preference), :

• You must order not less than 5000 pieces, since we have to make the molding first.

How long will it take to make?

You will be notified by ms. Rita, based on :

• order quantity
• the difficulty or easiness of design or mug model you have or choose or the complicate of your logo or image
