FINISHING WORK
ON OUR MUG FACTORY
 This
is what you would see if you are visiting
our mug factory. Our factory is located in
the village of Gunung Putri - Kranggan -
Citeureup if you ever heard this place.
Finishing work is what they are doing now as
you could see here on the left photo. They
are attaching the logo or image printed on
the decal paper. After gluing that decal
paper, they will burn those mugs in the big
stove or big oven.
By
burning and putting in the stove, the
quality and the durability of the image
printed will long lasting.
 You
may see how they attach the image and logo
on the mugs our clients have chosen.
From
close-up perspective or photo, this is how
they attach it on the mugs.
The
decal paper on which the logo is, should be
immersed in the water, that way we can peel
off the logo design and glue it on the mugs.
They must press the image in such a way that
the image resides in a well and solid
position, matching
 with
the elegant mugs or any ceramic forms or
models.
